電鍍就是利用電解的方式使金屬或合金沉積在工件表麵,以形成均勻、致密、結合力良好的金屬層的過程,就叫電鍍。簡單的理解,是物理和化學的變化或結合。
電鍍工藝的應用我們一般作以下幾個用途:
a.防腐蝕
b.防護裝飾
c.抗磨損
d.電性能:根據零件工作要求,提供導電或絕緣性能的鍍層

化學鍍(自催化鍍) autocalytic plating

電鍍 electroplating
利用電解在製件表麵形成均勻、致密、結(jie)合(he)良(liang)好(hao)的(de)金(jin)屬(shu)或(huo)合(he)金(jin)沉(chen)積(ji)層(ceng)的(de)過(guo)程(cheng),這(zhe)種(zhong)工(gong)藝(yi)過(guo)程(cheng)比(bi)較(jiao)煩(fan)雜(za),但(dan)是(shi)其(qi)具(ju)有(you)很(hen)多(duo)優(you)點(dian),例(li)如(ru)沉(chen)積(ji)的(de)金(jin)屬(shu)類(lei)型(xing)較(jiao)多(duo),可(ke)以(yi)得(de)到(dao)的(de)顏(yan)色(se)多(duo)樣(yang),相(xiang)比(bi)類(lei)同(tong)工(gong)藝(yi)較(jiao)而(er)言(yan)價(jia)格(ge)比(bi)較(jiao)低(di)廉(lian)。
電鑄 electroforming

真空鍍vacuum plating
真空鍍主要包括真空蒸鍍、濺(jian)射(she)鍍(du)和(he)離(li)子(zi)鍍(du)幾(ji)種(zhong)類(lei)型(xing),它(ta)們(men)都(dou)是(shi)采(cai)用(yong)在(zai)真(zhen)空(kong)條(tiao)件(jian)下(xia),通(tong)過(guo)蒸(zheng)餾(liu)或(huo)濺(jian)射(she)等(deng)方(fang)式(shi)在(zai)塑(su)件(jian)表(biao)麵(mian)沉(chen)積(ji)各(ge)種(zhong)金(jin)屬(shu)和(he)非(fei)金(jin)屬(shu)薄(bo)膜(mo),通(tong)過(guo)這(zhe)樣(yang)的(de)方(fang)式(shi)可(ke)以(yi)得(de)到(dao)非(fei)常(chang)薄(bo)的(de)表(biao)麵(mian)鍍(du)層(ceng),同(tong)時(shi)具(ju)有(you)速(su)度(du)快(kuai)附(fu)著(zhe)力(li)好(hao)的(de)突(tu)出(chu)優(you)點(dian),但(dan)是(shi)價(jia)格(ge)也(ye)較(jiao)高(gao),可(ke)以(yi)進(jin)行(xing)操(cao)作(zuo)的(de)金(jin)屬(shu)類(lei)型(xing)較(jiao)少(shao),一(yi)般(ban)用(yong)來(lai)作(zuo)較(jiao)高(gao)檔(dang)產(chan)品(pin)的(de)功(gong)能(neng)性(xing)鍍(du)層(ceng),例(li)如(ru)作(zuo)為(wei)內(nei)部(bu)屏(ping)蔽(bi)層(ceng)使(shi)用(yong)。

通過這樣的過程後塑膠電鍍層一般主要由以下幾層構成:

如圖所示,電鍍後常見的鍍層主要為銅、鎳、鉻三種金屬沉積層,在理想條件下,各層常見的厚度如圖所示,總體厚度為0.02mm左(zuo)右(you),但(dan)在(zai)我(wo)們(men)的(de)實(shi)際(ji)生(sheng)產(chan)中(zhong),由(you)於(yu)基(ji)材(cai)的(de)原(yuan)因(yin)和(he)表(biao)麵(mian)質(zhi)量(liang)的(de)原(yuan)因(yin)通(tong)常(chang)厚(hou)度(du)會(hui)做(zuo)的(de)比(bi)這(zhe)個(ge)值(zhi)大(da)許(xu)多(duo),不(bu)過(guo)類(lei)似(si)與(yu)精(jing)美(mei)這(zhe)樣(yang)的(de)大(da)型(xing)電(dian)鍍(du)廠(chang)可(ke)以(yi)較(jiao)好(hao)的(de)達(da)到(dao)這(zhe)樣(yang)的(de)要(yao)求(qiu)。
1-2-2.電鍍層標識方法
在對鍍層的技術要求的標識上可以參照下麵的辦法:

3)鍍覆層名稱
鍍覆層名稱采用鍍層的化學元素符號表示。
4)鍍覆層厚度
鍍覆層厚度單位為μm,一般標識鍍層厚度的下限,必要時,可以標注鍍層厚度範圍。
